I don’t know about you but now that I’m moving into my uhum forties I’m noticing a few things like waking up through the night, turning into the exorcist every month or so my husband claims? And having real issues with my energy levels to the point of not being able to work and all I want to do is sleep!
I’ll admit I’m not as bad or as cute as this cat below but when you’re yawning all day and when 3 O’clock comes around all you want is t put your head down and snooze.
So after seeing a GP and having a blood test done that only showed me my iron is a bit low I asked personal trainer, Zanna from Zanna Cox Fitness, and she suggested the following:
increase my iron levels by taking iron supplements with vitamine C for better absorptionB12 tablets, adding splurina to my smoothies and having a shot of chlorophyll in the morning
Apart from that I’ve stopped drinking alcohol, cutting out sugar where I can, limit my coffees.
