Don’t know about you but every morning I start out with high expectations that today is the day I’ll eat healthy and run 10kms! Well at least walk for 10 minutes!
I usually skip breakfast and live on 2 coffees in the morning but lately I’m realising this is not going to work for me much longer.
I’m in my mid forties now and being healthy is no longer a given so I have to work at it!
Finding yummy but healthy snacks is becoming very important to my health and mental wellbeing (read sanity).
Here’s an easy but yummy snack for that afternoon slump.
Cut up a ripe banana and top with your favourite nuts mine being pecan. Get the unsalted ones.
